Founded by the dynamic husband and wife duo Dr. Eric Honing and Stephanie Honing, RN, MSN, FNP, our institute combines decades of expertise with a passion for helping our clients achieve their health and beauty goals.

Dr. Eric Honing
A board-certified Family Practitioner, certified Sports Medicine practitioner, and active member of the Fellowship for Anti-Aging and Regenerative Medicine, Dr. Eric Honing brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to Ageless Health Institute. Graduating from the University of British Columbia School of Medicine in 1992, he completed his residency at Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center in Phoenix. With a family practice background, Dr. Honing has always focused on supporting wellness through hormone balance and preventive approaches. Passionate about wellness, he focuses on anti-aging therapies, nutrition, and fitness to support women and men in managing menopausal and andropausal symptoms, including weight, energy, and sexual wellness.
Stephanie Honing
RN, MSN, FNP
Stephanie Honing, RN, MSN, FNP, brings over three decades of nursing experience to our institute. With advanced training in cosmetic procedures from prestigious institutions like The Ageless Aesthetic Institute and the Institute of Medical Aesthetics, Stephanie excels in helping clients achieve natural beauty through preventative care and maintenance. Her dedication ensures that clients not only look their best but feel valued and supported by our entire team.
In close partnership with her husband, Dr. Eric Honing, who leads a respected Anti-Aging and Bio-Identical Hormone practice in their shared office, Stephanie dedicates herself to helping clients achieve natural, stunning results. She is dedicated to educating her clients in preventative care and maintenance, helping them sustain their aesthetic goals. Stephanie’s mission extends beyond enhancing appearance—she strives to ensure every client feels valued and supported by the entire Ageless family.

Dr. Naomi Placella
NMD, Leading Functional Health Program
Dr. Placella is a licensed Naturopathic physician specializing in aesthetics, weight loss, thyroid disorders, and hormone replacement. Dr. Placella has spent the last decade honing her skills in anti-aging procedures, such as neurotoxin injections, dermal fillers, PDO threads, bio-stimulators, bio-identical hormone therapies, and cosmetic Dermatology. Dr. Placella’s medical approach is driven by achievable results, preventative wellness, and realistic outcomes. Dr Placella’s love for Integrative wellness combines modern, contemporary medicine with traditional natural medical modalities to enhance outcomes and address the person as a whole. In her spare time, Dr. Placella loves learning new aesthetic procedures, and spending time with friends and family.
Jana
RN, LME & CLT
As an Aesthetic Nurse Injector, Licensed Aesthetician, and Certified Laser Technician, Jana brings over 20 years of experience collaborating closely with plastic surgeons. Her unwavering dedication to the aesthetics field drives her to pursue continual education, keeping her at the forefront of advanced skin rejuvenation techniques. Jana has completed rigorous training from the Allergan Medical Institute and Aesthetic Medical Educators, and she remains committed to ongoing education throughout the year, embracing the constant evolution of the aesthetic landscape.
With a positive and approachable demeanor, Jana connects well with her patients, offering compassionate support and attentiveness to their concerns. Her comprehensive consultations empower patients to choose the right skincare treatments, injectables, and home care products. In her free time, Jana enjoys gym workouts, hiking, yoga, and quality moments with her family. Jana enjoys sharing her love for aesthetic medicine with each client and considers it a true privilege to be part of their aesthetic experience.
Morgan
LME, CLT, CPT
Morgan brings extensive expertise as a Licensed Medical Esthetician, Phlebotomist, and Certified Laser Technician. She excels in delivering highly personalized skincare treatments, focusing on achieving each client’s goals. Her extensive training spans PRP Therapy, Microneedling, Laser Hair Removal, Microblading, and Skin Rejuvenation, enabling her to address a variety of skin concerns. She combines skill with a commitment to ongoing education, attending seminars to provide the latest and most effective techniques. Her client-focused approach and warm personality help clients feel at ease. She prioritizes creating a trusting environment to ensure clients feel valued and supported as they achieve their skincare goals.
Cindi
CLT
Cindi is a certified laser technician as well as a certified laser instructor. She began her career in 2009 after attending the National Laser Institute. In 2012 she became a certified laser instructor teaching at The National Association of Laser & Aesthetics where she focused on hands-on clinical training with live clients. Her many years of experience and extensive knowledge of laser systems helps ensure that each client receives first-class and individualized care. Cindi enjoys continuing her education and keeping up to date on all of the latest laser technologies guaranteeing the best possible care. Cindi also enjoys time with her family, yoga, trying new recipes and doing puzzles.
Mariah
LME & CLT
Mariah is a native of New Mexico and moved to Arizona in 2021 to further her esthetic career. Mariah has a holistic background in esthetics earning her esthetician license in 2015 at the Aveda Institute of New Mexico. She recently graduated from the National Laser Institute earning her laser technician license.
Mariah has a passion for the field and continues to educate herself in the beauty industry. She enjoys taking courses online and attending live conferences and trainings. Her desire to educate and assist her clients in helping them achieve their goals gives her great reward.
Mariah enjoys spending quality time with her loved ones and her puppy Leo. Her hobbies include taking Barre classes, trying new restaurants and traveling.
Rhiannon
LME & CLT
With over 15 years of experience in the skincare industry, Rhiannon is a licensed Aesthetician and Certified Laser Technician, specializing in advanced treatments and results-driven care. Trained in multiple laser modalities, Rhiannon brings expertise in acne management, laser hair reduction, and scar resurfacing. Her passion lies in helping clients achieve healthy, radiant skin while building their confidence through personalized treatment plans.
Melissa
RN, CLT
Melissa’s passion for aesthetic business started at a young age and this led her to her career choice that has been fueled by a passion for anti-aging and cosmetic medicine. Melissa is an Advanced Master Certied Aesthetic Injector, Advanced Injector Trainer, Certied Medical Laser Instructor/Tech and LSO with over 28 years of experience. She has the drive and motivation to invest herself in all areas of the practice and to exceed expectations.
Melissa’s professional goal is to provide a comprehensive assessment of the clients needs by offering safe, effective treatments where she has great respect and passion for the industry and she is always looking for ways to learn and grow. In the end your face isn’t just your face, it’s hers.
